Karnali the less developed region exist a lake which is recognized as Rara Lake in the northwest of capital city of Nepal. Likewise technically Rara Lake is 5 km long and 2 km broad and is remembered as the largest lake of Nepal. Rara National Park is experienced as an excellent spots for observing wildlife such as Leopards, Himalayan Black Bear, Musk Deer, rare Red Panda, Ghoral and son on. Rara Lake Trek - 14 Days Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive in Kathmandu

On the first day of an itinerary you will inward in Nepal via Tribhuvan International Airport. In the airport you will be welcomed by the representative staff from Well Adventure Tours who then transfer you to hotel. In the hotel we will discuss on detail itineraries so that we can modify or changes the plans as per your convenience. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02

Sightseeing in Kathmandu

On the next day you will wake up early in the morning and heading towards Pashupatinath Temple. Pashupatinath temple is the symbol of Hinduism for throughout the world. Here, you will visit Pashupatinath temple along with the shivalingas and sacred Bagmati River. Then, you will cover other World Heritage Sites that are present in Kathmandu i.e. Swyambhunath and Bouddhanath. Swyambhunath and Bouddhanath although are the symbols of Buddhism they are too visited by Hindu devotees. Sightseeing in such prosperous heritages will give you happiness. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03

Flight to Nepaljung

On the 3rd day you will take a flight to Nepalgunj after finishing the sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley. Nepalgunj is the initial spot from where you will start the trek. From airport you will check in to hotel and then explore Nepalgunj with visiting one of the famous religious temples. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 04

Flight to Jumla (2,340m), trek to Padmara

From Nepalgunj you will catch a flight to Jumla and for further information it is known for refinement paddy. From Jumla you will grasp on the trek heading towards the western division identified as Padmara. Padmara (3,017m) is spot all along by two trails Gumgarhi and next is Rara. Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 05

Trek to Bumra

Day 07

Trek to Rara Lake (3,040m)

Day 08

Rest day and acclimatization

Day 09

Day 12

Trek to Jumla

Day 13

Flight to Nepalgunj and Kathmandu

On this day you will take a flight to Nepaljung and from there over again you will take the flight to Kathmandu. From the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu you will move into hotel to have some rest. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 14

Departure!!!!

This is the day to say good bye as you will depart from us accomplishing the Rara Lake Tour. Thus, our representative staff will take you to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu from where you will return your home town. Stay overnight in hotel.
